House Rules
Hello and thank you for your interest in our B&B.
The owner and his wife live together in a B & B.
We have some general house rules.
There are so many prohibited items that you may feel that you do not want to stay.
For foreign travelers, I will take a passport photo after check-in.
Or write your name and address in the guest list.
Those who are from outside and do not have a passport cannot stay.
It is important to know who has stayed under Japanese law.
Since there are no restaurants or convenience stores in the vicinity of the B & B, transfer from Narita Airport to the B & B is basically free of charge.
For dinner, Aeon Mall Narita is recommended, and pick-up is free.
At the B & B, the bath is only a shower, so the recommended hot spring is a nearby "Ryusen no Yu". I will also pick you up here, but it costs 980 Japanese yen as an admission fee.
No smoking!
No parties and events!
No pets!
Check in 4pm to 8pm and check out 9am.
No kitchen space.
Please refrain from eating and drinking in B&B.
You will be picked up at the airport even if you arrive before check-in time.
Please let me know your arrival time in advance.
Would you like to go sightseeing nearby or eat or shop at Aeon Mall Narita before check-in time? I will keep your luggage in a car.
The bath is available from 7pm to 10pm, please let me know when using it.
Since the amount of hot water in the bath is limited, only the shower can be used.
The bath can be used only for the shower, not the bathtub.
The hot water is only boiled in a limited amount, so please save it.
Stop hot water or shower when you are not using it.
Do not leave hot water out.
Please lock the entrance door when using the bath shower.
When you use the bath shower, you can take off your clothes at the bath entrance.
Towels are available at the entrance.
All are shared spaces, and the owners are also using them.
Shower temperature is set to automatic, you can not adjust by tampering with the equipment.
Please wash your body and rinse off the soap with the shower.
Don't touch the bath instruments at all.
The living room is available until 10pm.
There is no bath-unit system in the room.
There is no restroom, hand and face washing space & bathroom in the room.
The restroom, bathroom, and washing space are shared.
There are no amenities. There are shampoos, heai rinses and body soaps in the bath.
Please note that there are no towels provided in the room.
Basically, please bring a towel and toothpaste.
For breakfast, only one or two toasted breads are served with coffee.
For those who cannot drink coffee, milk is served.
Very simple breakfast.
Within 3 nights, we will not change your bed sheets.
If you are staying longer than 4 nights, we will change your sheets upon request.
Sheet changes of one room will be charged at an additional charge of 1,000 yen per one change.
